  Cancellation of Order and Refund

a.    Customer must notify the partner restaurant immediately if decide to cancel order, preferably by phone, by intimating order number. If the restaurant accepts your cancellation, no cancellation fee applies. If the restaurant refuses cancellation, e.g. because preparation of Food has been completed and/or delivery personnel has already been dispatched, it may not be cancelled. We will not be able to refund any order, which has been already dispatched.

    1. A2ZMEAL may cancel an order if the product is not available for any reason. We will notify customer if this is the case and return any payment that made.
    2. If the cancellation was made in time and once the restaurant has accepted cancellation, A2ZMEAL will refund or re-credit your debit or credit card with the full amount within 14 days.
    3. In the event that the Partner Restaurant delivers a wrong item, customer has the right to reject the delivery of the wrong item and customer shall be fully refunded for the missing item. We are not responsible for wrong or partial delivery. The issue has to be settled directly with the Participating Restaurant.
