Delivery and shipping of Orders
- Before preparation of order, A2ZMEAL confirms from the customer through telephonic call. As soon as customer confirms the order we make call to participating restaurant to prepare the items.
- Non receiving of phone call, denial to execute order A2ZMEAL consider that customer made fake order and it will be considered as cancelled.
- Delivery time displayed in the website and mobile Apps are approximate and may vary.
- A2ZMEAL will take due care to deliver the order in timely manner but due to some external factors like traffic jam, etc. it may vary. If delivery is being made by Partner, it is the responsibility of Partner to deliver ordered food on timely manner.
- In case of a late delivery, the delivery charge will neither be voided nor refunded by A2ZMEAL.
- If customer fails to accept ordered food due to improper address, improper instructions, refusal to accept food, etc then such order shall be deemed to have been delivered to customer and all risks and responsibility in relation to such order shall pass to customer.
- Partner Restaurants and we shall not be liable to customers for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.
- Please note that it might not be possible for Participating Restaurants to deliver to some locations. If this is the case, our Participating Restaurants or we will inform you using the contact details that you provide to us when you make your order and arrange for cancellation of the order or delivery to an alternative delivery address.
